Steel Grades:

R260 Grade:

260–300 HBW hardness, ≥880 MPa tensile strength; suitable for general freight and industrial use with axle loads up to 25 tons.

R350HT Grade:

Heat-treated for 350–390 HBW hardness and ≥1,175 MPa tensile strength, ideal for ultra-heavy haul (30+ ton axles) and high-speed applications. This grade reduces wear by 25% compared to non-treated rails.
