Rail Pads
Rail pads are medium layers between the crane rails and the bottom support. Due to its own elastic characteristics, it can reduce the vibration of the rail operation, thereby reducing the wear of the collision friction between the track and the support. According to the type supported at the bottom, the rubber pad can also be divided into continuous rail pad and individual rail pad.
|Individual Pads
Continuous pads are designed for soft-mount installations which require continuous structural rail support.
•Perfect for continuous support
•Steel reinforced resilient pad
•Suited for heavy-duty use
•New fluted surfaces
|Continuous Pads
Individual pads are designed for soft-mount installations where rails are mounted on individual soleplates.
•Significantly reduces stresses
•Suited to individual soleplates
•Increases rail system lifespans
•Eliminates fretting corrosion
