UIC 54 rails (also called 54E1 rail) are built for high-performance mainlines, heavy-haul freight, and industrial transport.They comply with UIC 860 and EN 13674-1 and use EN-certified steels (R200, R260, R260Mn, R300HT).These rails deliver safe, reliable service in freight corridors, passenger lines, and industrial settings worldwide.

Steel Grades:
R260 (260–300 HBW, ≥880 MPa tensile strength): Standard for mainline freight (axle loads up to 25 tons) and regional passenger lines.
R260Mn (enhanced Mn content, ≥900 MPa tensile strength): Optimized for high-wear environments (mining, ports).
R300HT (heat-treated, 300–340 HBW, ≥1080 MPa tensile strength): For ultra-heavy haul (30+ ton axles) and high-speed (≥200 km/h) applications.
