Installation Instructions
Welding Procedure
Weld the clip base to supports with a 4mm throat thickness fillet weld using low-hydrogen electrodes.
Omit welding on the side parallel to the rail to allow for thermal expansion.
Bolt Tightening
Insert M20 captive bolt and tighten to 350 Nm torque to activate self-locking.
Adjust rail position within 15mm range before finalizing welds.
Quality Check
Inspect welds for full penetration and compliance with ISO 3834 standards.
