18kg Rail
Product Overview
Gloryrail strictly adheres to GB/T 11264-2012 Hot-Rolled Light Rails to deliver high-performance 18kg/m light rails for global industrial applications. Manufactured via hot-rolling, the rail’s optimized cross-section (90mm height, 80mm base width) ensures balanced strength and stability. With a theoretical weight of 18.06kg/m and standard lengths of 6–12 meters (customizable), it suits medium-load scenarios such as mine main transport roads, port handling equipment tracks, metallurgical high-temperature zones.

Key Features
GB Standard Compliance
Fully meets GB/T 11264-2012 dimensional and performance requirements:
Rail height tolerance: ±0.5mm; length tolerance: ±6mm
Bolt hole positioning accuracy: ≤0.3mm; burr height: ≤2mm
Defect-free surface (no cracks/scabs), with allowable web scratches ≤0.75mm deep for rapid on-site installation.
Materials
Q235B Carbon Steel (Standard)
Tensile strength: 375–460MPa; yield strength ≥235MPa
Suitable for general transport (axle load ≤15 tons), e.g., factory internal tracks, agricultural machinery lines.
Excellent weldability; 18% lower cost than 55Q.
55Q Steel (Custom Option)
Tensile strength ≥685MPa; hardness ≥197HBW
30% improved wear resistance for high-abrasion environments (e.g., mine gravel transport, port container forklift routes)

Applications
Mining
Q235B: For auxiliary underground transport of 10–15-ton mine cars (e.g., U-type/side-dump cars), reducing laying costs by 25% versus heavy rails.
55Q: Temporary tracks for open-pit heavy trucks (axle load ≤20 tons), 30% higher rut resistance minimizing replacements.
Metallurgy
Ladle transport tracks in steel pretreatment workshops.
Ports
Portal crane tracks in medium-small ports (lifting capacity ≤50 tons): galvanized rails extend maintenance intervals to 3 years (vs. 1.5 years for traditional coatings) in salt environments.
Technical Advantages
Cost-Effective Performance
15–20% lower cost than equivalent international standards, compliant with ISO 9001:2015
Global Compatibility
Cross-sectional dimensions compatible with JIS E1101 (Japan) and AS 1085.1 (Australia).
