Base material: Carbon-manganese rail steels (typical mill grade 900A) for general heavy-duty service.
High-wear option: 1100 / head-hardened variants deliver superior head hardness and extended wear life for abrasive or high-cycle environments.
Documentation: Each batch supplied with MTC showing chemical composition, tensile & yield figures, head hardness and Charpy impact results (on request).
Third-party inspection: SGS / BV / Lloyd’s or equivalent inspection can be coordinated and documented in the contract.
Welding compatibility: Thermit (aluminothermic) and flash-butt welding are supported; welding procedure specifications (WPS) and pre/post-weld guidance provided.
