W220 Welded Rail Clip
Product Overview
W220/21/43 Welded Rail Clip is designed to secure heavy rails in the most arduous environments, with a proven ability to withstand 300kN (30.6 tonnes) of horizontal force from the rail. Its low-profile design allows compatibility with cranes equipped with guide rollers, while the 21 mm horizontal rail adjustment ensures precise alignment in high-load applications.
Installation & Torque Specifications
Weld the clip base with a 5mm throat fillet weld using low-hydrogen electrodes (AWS E7018/E7028), omitting the weld closest to and parallel with the rail for padless rails .
Tighten the M20 bolt to 350 Nm to activate the self-locking mechanism .
Minimum width: W = Rail width (F) + 126 mm; V = Rail width (F) + 26 mm; U = Rail width (F) + 145 mm .
