Materials, Treatment & Quality Control
Material options: 50M (carbon-manganese / specified grade) or U71Mn (high-manganese wear-resistant rail steel), selectable per service condition.
Heat & surface treatments: Head-hardening (HH), surface hardening or standard rolled supply; surface protection options include hot-dip galvanizing, primer/paint or corrosion-preventive oil.
Certificates & inspection: Shipments accompanied by MTC (chemical analysis, tensile/yield, head hardness, Charpy where applicable). Third-party inspection (SGS/BV/etc.) and NDT (UT/MT/ET) can be arranged. Sampling frequency and acceptance criteria should be defined in the contract for critical applications.
Welding & installation: Compatible with aluminothermic (thermit) and flash-butt welding; mechanical splice bars (fishplates) for removable joints. Welding procedure specifications and installation guidance provided.
Typical Applications
Plant internal transfer tracks and workshop rails
Light branchlines and short industrial transfer routes
