Installation Sequence

Welding the Base Plate: First, weld the base plate to the designated position on the crane beam or track bed.
Assembling Components: Place the bolt, adjusting plate, upper cover plate, flat washer, spring washer, and nut in sequence.
Tightening and Calibrating: After installing and tightening the T – bolt, compress the spring washer until the height difference at the joint is within 2mm, ensuring a stable and precise rail connection.
