CRANE SHEAVES

Your Most reliable Crane sheaves Supplier

Designed to alter the direction of the lifting rope and to enhance mechanical efficiency. Typically comprising one or more rotating wheels securely mounted on a hook, bracket, or truss, these sheaves facilitate the smooth movement of the lifting cable as it wraps around their circumference. This rotational action not only changes the path of the load but also provides a mechanical advantage that minimizes the force required to lift heavy objects. When designing and installing crane sheaves, careful attention must be given to factors such as the wheel profile, material quality, and mounting stability to ensure reliable and safe operation under varying load conditions.

HOT -ROLLED CRANE SHEAVEs

HOT -ROLLED CRANE SHEAVE

Crafted from high-strength alloy steels Q345B and S45C, our hot-rolled crane sheaves use a forging process that produces a uniform, dense grain structure. They are available in diameters from 300–2000 mm and designed for various crane tonnages. The quenched surface (HRC45-55) forms a hardened layer of 2–2.5 mm to enhance wear resistance. A grooved profile reduces rope wear, making them ideal for bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and port handling. All units undergo ultrasonic inspection and are widely used in heavy industries like metallurgy and energy.

WELDED SHEAVES

WELDED SHEAVES

Fabricated from Q235B steel plates, our welded sheave assemblies use precision welding and stress-relief treatments for stability. They offer single or multiple grooves to suit various rope specifications, with bronze bushings or sealed ball bearings for high-speed rotation. The IPK anti-corrosion finish makes them ideal for humid or corrosive environments, and a specially engineered hub design simplifies installation and maintenance. CE certified, these sheaves boast a safety factor over three times the static load and are widely used in port lifting devices, marine equipment, and mobile cranes.

CAST IRON SHEAVES

Precision-cast from gray cast iron, our sheaves deliver excellent vibration damping and cost efficiency. Offered in single or double-groove designs with diameters from 3.95″ to 15.75″, they suit light to moderate loads, feature rust-resistant surfaces, and are available with either a Q-type hub or straight-hole mounting. Widely used in conveyor systems, small cranes, and agricultural machinery, these sheaves meet GB/T 10051 standards and can be customized as needed.

CAST STEEL SHEAVES

CAST STEEL SHEAVES

Cast from high-strength alloy steel and precisely tempered, our sheaves offer enhanced mechanical properties. Their flame-quenched surfaces reach HRC48–HRC52, extending wear life by over 30%. A dual-hub design evenly distributes stress for high-tonnage lifting. With options for conical roller or sliding bearings, they operate from –40°C to 200°C. ISO 14001 certified, these sheaves are ideal for extreme conditions such as metallurgical blast furnaces and petroleum drilling platforms.

NYLON SHEAVES

NYLON SHEAVES

Injection-molded from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), our nylon sheaves are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and self-lubricating. The single-groove design accommodates steel ropes ranging from 1/4″ to 1″, while the smooth surface minimizes frictional losses. Exhibiting excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, these sheaves are ideal for chemical processing and food production environments. They can be fitted with stainless steel sleeves or bronze bushings and are available in customizable sizes and colors.
