Steel Grades:

R200: 200–240 HBW hardness, ≥680 MPa tensile strength; suitable for light-duty regional lines.

R260: 260–300 HBW, ≥880 MPa tensile strength; engineered for mainline freight (axle loads ≤25 tons).

R260Mn: Enhanced manganese content (1.30–1.70%) for abrasive environments like mining.

R350HT (heat-treated): 350–390 HBW, ≥1175 MPa tensile strength; optimized for ultra-heavy haul (30+ ton axles) and high-speed applications, reducing wear by 25% compared to non-treated grades.
