Installation Guide
Welding Procedure
Weld the clip base to supports with a 4mm throat thickness fillet weld using low-hydrogen electrodes.
Omit welding on the side closest and parallel to the rail to allow for thermal expansion.
Bolt Tightening
Insert M16 captive bolt and tighten to 125 Nm torque to activate the self-locking mechanism.
Adjust rail position within the 8mm horizontal range before finalizing welds.
Quality Assurance
Inspect welds for full penetration and compliance with ISO 3834 standards.
