Installation Process

Follow these steps for optimal performance:

Component Prep: Gather the clamp, bolts (8.8 grade for Q345 setups), flat washers, spring washers, and rubber pads (if used).

Bolt Placement: Insert the bolt into the base, then add the upper cover, flat washer, spring washer, and nut.

Tightening: Secure the nut to compress the spring washer, ensuring a stable rail – to – support connection.

Rubber Pad Integration: Lay full – length or intermittent pads as per project needs (critical for heavy – duty lifting).
