Installation Guide
Bolt Configuration
Insert the hexagon-headed bolt from above or below the support structure (no under-access required).
Tighten to 200 Nm torque (Grade 8.8 bolt) for secure fixation.
Adjustment Process
Loosen the nut to slide the rail horizontally within the 13mm range.
Retighten to lock the rail in the desired position, ensuring proper alignment with crane guide rollers.
Maintenance
Inspect annually for bolt tightness and rubber pad wear.
