Installation Process
Step – by – Step Installation
Welding the Base Plate: Start by welding the base plate to the foundation.
Component Placement: Put the bolt in place, followed by the adjusting plate, the upper cover plate, the flat washer, the spring washer, and finally the nut.
Tightening and Calibration: After installing and tightening the T – bolt, compress the spring washer until the height difference at the joint is 2mm.
Special Instructions
For using the WJK welded rail clip, steel plates need to be pre – embedded during foundation construction. The 3 sides of the base are welded to the pre – embedded steel plates.
The upper cover is positioned against the edge of the rail. Adjust the bolts and the shaft to control the pressure and tightness.
Install one set on each side of the rail, and fix the rail with a pair of rail clamps every 600mm or 500mm.
