Installation Guidelines

Foundation Preparation

For the WJK welded rail press (applicable to WJKC1), pre – embed steel plates during foundation construction.

Assembly Steps

Welding the Base: Weld the 3 sides of the base to the pre – embedded steel plates.
Positioning the Upper Cover: Place the upper cover against the edge of the rail.
Adjusting Bolts: Adjust the bolts and the shaft to control pressure and tightness.
Spacing Installation: Install one set on each side of the rail, and fix the rail with a pair of rail clamps every 600mm or 500mm.
