YB1313B rail clip is a specialized component for rigid fixing at the connection points of A75/A100 rails. It ensures stable rail installation, playing a crucial role in rail system construction.

Material Details

Rail Clip (Y13) and Base (B1a)

Both the four – bolt rail clip (Y13) and the four – bolt rail clip base (B1a) are made of Q345 steel. Q345 is a low – alloy high – strength structural steel. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties, including high strength, good toughness, and excellent weldability. These properties make it suitable for bearing the mechanical loads in rail fixing applications, ensuring the stability and durability of the rail clip assembly under the dynamic and static forces exerted by passing trains.

Bolts (B1)

The double – ended studs (B1, specification GB897 – 88, M16×35) are of Grade 8.8 and undergo Dacro (dacromet) treatment. Grade 8.8 bolts have a tensile strength of 800 MPa and a yield strength of 640 MPa, providing high pre – tightening force capacity. The Dacro coating is a corrosion – resistant coating that offers excellent protection against rust and corrosion, which is crucial for the long – term use of bolts in outdoor rail environments.

Nuts (B2)

The flange face nuts (B2, specification ZN6177.1 + SLFT, M16) are of Grade 8 and also have a Dacro coating. Grade 8 nuts are matched with Grade 8.8 bolts to ensure proper pre – tightening force transmission and joint integrity. The Dacro coating on nuts, similar to bolts, enhances their corrosion resistance, ensuring the reliability of the nut – bolt connection over time.

Anti – rust Treatment: After screwing in the nut, painting should be carried out in a timely manner (not overnight) to prevent part rust and improve durability.
