Optional: Thermal Bending

For very large cross-sections, very small radii, or special installation needs we offer local hot-bending and die-assisted bending with post-heat treatment and performance testing to meet safety and service life requirements.

  • Bend radius: R = 4600 mm; total circular length ≈ 28.9 m

  • Structure: two concentric rails (upper + lower), each assembled from 6 segments

  • Upper rail: 6 equal segments, each 4814 ±2 mm

  • Lower rail: three sizes × 2 segments — 4873 ±2 mm, 5099 ±2 mm, 3794 ±2 mm

  • Services: custom fishplate holes at ends, dedicated curved fishplates, bend → finish machining workflow, assembly testing, anti-corrosion coating
