Crane wheel bearings are the key load-bearing components of crane wheel systems. Our 222, 322 and 352 series bearings comply with GB standards and are supplied in both standard and customized configurations. Manufactured from GCr15 high-carbon chromium steel with vacuum quenching + double tempering (HRC60–64), they serve 5–125 t cranes across factory, port and metallurgical environments.

Selection pitfalls (must avoid)
Required dynamic load rating (C) must be ≥ 1.2 × calculated working load.
Maintain axial clearance for tapered bearings: preselect axial play 0.02–0.05 mm.
Do not use light-duty bearings (e.g., NU2215 E) on drive wheels for loads beyond rated capacity

Clean installation area; heating medium for interference fit should keep oil temperature ≤ 80 °C.
Shaft tolerance: H7 / bearing fit js6. Bearing housing: J7 / H6.
Mating surface flatness ≤ 0.03 mm/m.
Lubrication
Standard: ZL-3 lithium grease; fill 1/3–1/2 of free space; replenishment interval: every 500 hours under normal conditions.
High temperature: use composite high-temperature lithium grease rated for the specific operating temperature.
Replacement intervals
Indoor / normal conditions: replace every 20,000 operating hours.
Metallurgical / port / severe conditions: mandatory replacement every 10,000 operating hours.
